Practices are Monday thru Thursday from 2:45 to 4:45 on Field F which is located behind the high school softball field, down the hill.
There are no Friday practices.
Practices will typically look like this:
Monday: Film & Conditioning
Tuesday: Shorts, Helmets/Shoulder Pads
Wednesday: Full Gear
Thursday: Shorts, Shirts, Helmets
